                                        Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.

                                        A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.

                                        Warranty Includes:
                                        - Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
                                        - Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

                                        Warranty Conditions:
                                        - Claims must fall within the warranty period.
                                        - Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
                                        - Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

                                        Note:
                                        - All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
                                        - Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
                                        - Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
                                        - Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
                                        - Labor is not included in the warranty.

                                        What are the shipping costs? Are there any hidden fees?

                                        Free shipping is free for certain brands. Please check the product page to see if the shipping is free or if there is a shipping cost.

                                        Do we ship outside of the 48 States or outside the United States?

                                        Unfortunately we are currently not shipping to any countries outside of the USA. When it comes to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, we are not shipping to these states either at this time.

                                        How long will it take for me to receive my order?

                                        Generally speaking any shipment that is via UPS/FedEx takes 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Any shipment via LTL takes 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse.

                                        You are going to receive tracking information once we have it. This will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order.

                                        What if my product arrives damaged or there are missing parts?

                                        We meticulously package and ship our products with great attention to detail. Should you encounter any damage or find missing parts upon delivery, please reach out to our support team right away.

                                        Do you provide installation services or am I required to install this myself?

                                        We do not offer any installation srvices.

                                        All products will nee to be installed by you the customer or a 3rd party installation service that is located in your area.

                                        Will The Car Lifts Work With My Outlet?

                                        Most outlets have a 120V outlet so the car lifts will work on most household and garage outlets!

                                        We do offer 240V versions of certain lifts so please let one of our experts know if you are going to need the 240V option for your lift.

                                        What maintenance is required for these machines?

                                        Maintenance requirements are minimal. Please call us and ask us about any maintenance concerns for the specific product you are interested in.
